It's Mother's Day 2007 and I have not even looked at this blog since leaving Austin --

We received calls from Heather and Jonti and all is well in the "Other Mother's Day Land". Tom is feeling ill, so Jonti and Lucas are heading over to Susan and Joes for dinner. Heather and Jack had a day alone as Mike is working at the club -- Heather and Pauleitta have a date for next year!

We did have a wonderful weekend last week -- got to see Norris and Judy, George, Suzanne and Ann and enjoyed a movable feast that moved from Tim and Mary's, to Heather and Mike"s to Suzanne and Ann's as we all celebrated Jack's christening.

I knew no one else was named Pauleitta!

Pauleitta and I just returned from the 2007 Craft Brew Convention in Austin, Texas. When I was there I attended a seminar and learned a little about blogs. It occurred to me that this would be a wonderful way to communicate with family and extended family... sort of like the various e-mails that we send back and forth when something special occurs. Except here, we would be creating a record that would exist in a chronolgical space and could be kept going for years.

There is so much that we share, but so much that we miss as we seem to boom through life: What does Jonti look like as she approaches her due date? Have you seen Jack crawl? Are Ken, Sara, Grace and Laura enjoying a sunny day in New Hampshire? You get the idea.

Anyway, here is the start...
